Portable Historical Artifact Stabilizing Machine provides bacterial cleaning of historical artifacts and thus prevents 95% decay.
It reduces the oxygen in the tent by 1% or 5% and fills the tent with 90% or 95% nitrogen.
In addition, it decreases the main life level of the bacteria and ensures that bacterial formations disappear.
After this procedure, stabilization takes place within 24 to 42 hours. For the larvae to disappear, it is recommended that the historical artifacts be left in the tent for 21 days.
For this, it allows the user to enter the tent by illuminating the green light according to the state of the nitrogen measurement.
In this project, nitrogen generators are manufactured using high performance membranes. The compressed air membranes coming from the compressor are lowered to 3-5 ° C dew point before coming to the modules.
The particles and water particles are reduced to 0.01 microns in two stages. The oil vapor inside the air from the compressor is then held in the activated carbon absorber tower. The compressed air which has been pre-purified then comes to the air separation unit consisting of membrane modules. Thanks to the semipermeable property of the membranes, oxygen molecules and nitrogen molecules are separated from each other.
Since tent system dimensions are variable, one or more historical artifacts can be stabilized at the same time. The tent frame is designed for easy use. Thus, it is very easy to disassemble and assemble. The tent entrance is zippered and designed in a fully openable system. Thanks to this feature of the tent, historical artifacts can be placed and removed easily. Oxygen and nitrogen content in the tent; pressure, temperature and humidity values can be followed instantly from the operator panel.
Remote monitoring, air leak faults and response systems are included in the design. Different sizes of tents are used for the stabilization of historical artifacts that are too large to be moved. It offers comfort to the operator and user thanks to its automatic-manual working structure and smart system.
